Rachel M. Bosovich
Biography
Rachel has a passion for helping others through difficult times. Clients feel understood and heard when expressing their struggles to her. Rachel’s compassion is matched by her competitive nature. Rachel has proven to be a determined and driven force in family law. Throughout law school, Rachel studied under our esteemed family law partners and worked as a student attorney in the Children’s Rights Clinic. Rachel is accustomed to being placed in difficult and highly emotional situations. Rachel represents clients in a variety of domestic situations including child custody, visitation and child support litigation, alimony, property and business valuation and division, and other aspects concerning divorce and related areas of practice.
Rachel graduated from Iowa State University at the top of her class in three years, with her bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Rachel earned her Juris Doctorate from Drake Law School in May 2019 and sat for the July 2019 bar exam. While in law school Rachel was a student body representative, Co-Captain of the Mediation Team, Dean’s list recipient, published co-author, and honored with the medal of excellence in bankruptcy.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys being outdoors, spending time with her family, and playing with her dog, Lila.
